Our prices

For just 35,00 Euros per person per day you can spend your vacation in our vacation homes.

1.    Prices and Discounts

The prices are meant for a booking including 2 people in the flat Veilchen or Annemone for a minimum of 3 days and for a booking including 3 people in the flat Enzian or Edelweiß for a minimum of 3 days.

The prices include: activeCard Ratschings, Bed linen, hand and bath towels, fully equipped kitchen, TV and radio, electricity and heating, bread service, final cleaning as well as all fees and taxes.

The prices do not include the local tax (according to the municipal ordinance applicable in the municipality) which is € 2,40 per person (from the age of 14) and per night.

2.    Discounts for children

Children up to 3 years old are not charged.
Children between 3-15 years old only pay half-price.
(Cribs and highchair are available for you).

3.    Pets

Your four-legged family member is welcome and pays Euro 5 a day.
Please bring your own basket or blanket for your pet.

4.    Additional charges and terms of payment

Deposit: We welcome written reservations via e-mail. The reservation becomes binding once the deposit is paid by 50 € per week.

Surcharge for breakfast: For bed & breakfast we charge 7 € per person and children up to 14 years 5 €.

The final cleaning, the electricity and the heating are included in the price.

Payment:  Please pay cash on site. The cash limit in Italy amounts to 4.999 €. The following payment methods are allowed: non-transferable check, bank transfer.

5.    Arrival and departure

Arrival: On arrival day the apartment will ready for you starting from 2 p.m. In case of a delay, we look forward to receiving a message from you.

Departure: On departure day, please leave your apartment not later than 10 a.m.

6.    Cancellation

Please understand that in case of late cancellations (4 weeks prior to the start of your holiday) we will retain the deposit and in case of a late arrival or early departure we will charge 100% of the booked price.

7.    Cancellation insurance

Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 Civil Code

According to the Italian Consumer Protection Code, there is no right of withdrawal. However, we grant you the right to withdraw according to following cancellation conditions as defined in art. 1382 (Civil Code):

We are looking forward to your visit. You may cancel your reservation until 3 months prior to arrival without any cancellation fee. From 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival we charge 3 days of the price. In the last 4 weeks before arrival the cancellation fee is 70 % of the price. However, we recommend that together with the booking of your stay you close a “Cancellation Insurance”.

8.    Exlusion of liability

We strive to provide accurate and complete information on this website. However, we assume no liability or guarantee for the topicality, correctness and completeness of the information provided.
